I’m Brett Seid, fitness 26 health chef extraordinaire. I have been cooking delicious, healthy meals for years. I have a passion for gastronomically delicious cuisine that nourishes your body and treats your taste buds. I have been a head chef at some of South Africa’s top venues and currently own a restaurant specialising in providing the surrounding areas with calorie-specific meals in order to help them get into shape without sacrificing taste.
I am passionate about food and I love my exercise, combining the two gives me an edge that will help you eat right and stay healthy. I will be showing you how to cook various meals, from a Banting perspective for those who enjoy HFLC meals, to a more balanced view on eating right for life.
