Breakfast Quiche

Breakfast Quiche is the perfect twist for your morning meal. Its simple to prepare and delicious. Be sure to share this with your friends and family. This recipe is perfect to feed the whole family. Diet friendly this is low in calories and delicious. You can add different base ingredients (IE bacon etc.) to change up the quiche.

Here is what you will need:


8 eggs

2 cloves garlic minced

1/2 cup sliced white mushrooms

1 1/2 cup cooked broccoli

1 1/2 tbsp grass fed butter

1 tbsp fresh parsley

1 cup shredded jack and cheddar cheese

1/4 tbsp salt

1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
