Breakfast Salad

Ingredients – 1 Portions:

  • – 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • – 1/2 green apple, sliced
  • – 4 strawberries, sliced
  • – 3/4 banana, sliced
  • – 1 orange, peeled and separated
  • – 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • – 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
  • – 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation:

 

Step 1:

Plate spinach and arrange with fruit.

 

Step 2:

The prettier the better. Then sprinkle the entire salad with lemon juice and chia seeds.

 

Step 3:

Place peanut butter in the corner for dipping. Marvelous.
