Ingredients:

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 small onion (chopped)

1 Tbsp chopped garlic

1/2 cup fresh basil (chopped)

1 (500g) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes (undrained)

3 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt

1/2-1 cups milk (I used almond)

salt & pepper to taste
