Edamame is prepared by boiling immature soy beans with their pods and it is commonly served as a side dish. 2 cups edamame; cooked and shelled

1 1/2 cups corn kernels

1/2 cup red bell pepper diced

1/2 cup red onion diced

1 cup black beans

2 tbsp cilantro chopped

1 lime; juiced

3/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp ground black pepper
