Healthy Peanut Butter Protein Cookies, because who doesn’t like cookies?
Believe it or not these are actually cookies that are acceptable on a diet or eating plan. Low in sugar and fat high in protein, this is the perfect pre workout snack. They are very easy to make, and absolutely delicious. The best part about them? They are cookies, need i say more? But i can mention they are gluten free, and low in calories.

Here is what you will need:
3/4 cup (180g) your favourite peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
1/4-1/2 cup (50-100g) coconut sugar or brown sugar*
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk of your choice
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp brown rice protein powder
2 tbsp (15g) ground flaxseed
