Layered Salad

Layered Salad is a creative salad recipe with a twist. it becomes so hard sticking to a diet where you eat the same old boring food everyday. This salad is not only very easy to make it is healthy and delicious.

Here is what you need;

Ingredients:

SALAD:

2 heads Iceberg Lettuce, Chopped

250g fluid Baby Spinach, Washed And Dried

8 whole Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped

500g, weight Bacon, Cooked And Chopped

4 whole Tomatoes, Chopped

1 bunch Green Onions, Thinly Sliced

250g, weight Cheddar Cheese, Grated

1 bag (500g) Frozen Peas, Partially Thawed

Salt And Pepper, to taste

 

FOR THE DRESSING:

1/2 cup (Real) Mayonnaise

1/2 cup Sour Cream

1 Tablespoon Sugar (more To Taste)

Fresh Dill, Chopped
