Spinach Burgers recipe is fast and easy to make and tastes great. Some might initially flinch at the concept of a green patty but the biggest carnivores you know will devour this veggie burger and ask for another.These low calorie green burgers are a good source of protein, Iron, Vitamin A, and Calcium. Each serving has a couple of grams of fiber and they are low in fat. Especially compared to the typical beef version, these are very low in saturated fat.These take only about 10-15 minutes to prep and cook. You can easily get creative with these and add other healthy ingredients of your own; corn, mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, beets, and beans would all be good options.

1 bag of thawed and well drained chopped spinach

2 egg whites

1 whole egg

¼ c diced onion

½ c shredded cheese

½ c bread crumbs

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp salt

½ tsp garlic powder
