Tex Mex Vegetarian Bowl

 

Cooking time:

25-30 Mins

Ingredients needed:

  • Vegan mince
  • Wild Rice
  • Avocado
  • Black Beans in can
  • Corn in can
  • 1 Big Tomato
  • 2 cannned tomato
  • mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • Chilli or chilli flakes
  • Tomatoe paster
  • Italian spice
  • paprika
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Optional Feta to garnish
  • Parsley to Garnish
  • Schriracha

 

Method:

Chop onions fry with virgin olive oil till golden brown

Add garlic

Add mushrooms

Add vegan mince and canned tomatoes, vegan mince does not take long to cook but we want it well marinated so we will add tomato paste and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes

Make your rice on the stove

Chop up avocado

Beautifully place all ingredients into bowl

Add some schriracha
