Tropical Winter Smoothie recipe:

What do you do to escape the winter blues? why not  make tropical smoothies! When I’m sipping on a taste of summer I can pretend winter is a stranger. Nothing says summer like fruit and coconut!

We all know bananas as a source of potassium, but bananas also contains the natural mood-enhancer tryptophan. Tryptophan is converted to seoronin, which can help overcome depression and helps relive Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). (source) That makes bananas a perfect ingredient in a mood-lifting wintertime smoothie!

Here is what you will need:

Ingredients:

1 cup pineapple; cut into fresh chunks

1 orange; peeled

1 container So Delicious® Dairy Free Greek Style Vanilla Yogurt

1 small banana; fresh or frozen

Dash cinnamon
